•Computing Shipping Charges - Shipping charges are figured by figuring a base shipping fee determined by location plus a per-item charge based on weight. All orders within the U.S. of items with shipping charges are charged $3 plus each item's respective shipping and handling charges. All international orders of items with shipping charges are charged $5 plus each item's respective shipping and handling charges.
For instance, if you are within the United States and order the "4-Pack" for $109.95, which has an item shipping fee of $2.50, you would compute it as follows... $109.95 + 2.50 (s&h) x 1 (quantity) + $3.00 (base shipping fee for orders within U.S.) to a grand total of $115.45. If you are outside of the United States, you would compute it as follows...$109.95 + 2.50 (s&h) x 1 (quantity) + $5.00 (base shipping fee for orders outside the U.S.) to a grand total of $117.45.
For orders within the U.S. whose item's shipping charges are all labelled "NA," a one-time fee of $0.50 is applied for a return hard copy receipt. For international orders whose item's shipping charges are all labelled "NA," one-time a fee of $2.00 is applied for a return hard copy receipt.
•US Shipping - All domestic orders are shipped via US Priority Mail. The US Postal Service advertises this service as having a shipping time of 1 to 3 days within the United States. Orders are shipped usually within 48 hours on weekdays. Expect 7 to 10 days for delivery. Next day shipping is available for an additional charge.
•International Shipping - All international orders are shipped via First Class Air Mail. Orders are shipped usually within 48 hours on weekdays. Expect 10 days to 2 weeks for delivery.
Payment Methods
• Credit Card Orders- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. All charges are made before shipment of orders to verify credit. We utilize address verification for validating charges for your security. Please include your card's billing address on order form, as requested.
• Orders By Check- We only accept checks from United States banks. There is a $20 service fee for all returned checks. Foreign orders must be in the form of a money order in US currency only.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will do everything within reason to make that possible. Before ordering, please review our policies regarding the return of merchandise.
• Defective Merchandise If your order has been received and damage has occurred during the shipping process which renders the product(s) unusable, we will gladly ship you another package upon notification. Notification of damaged articles must be within 30 days of original shipping date.
• Refunds Refunds are only issued on un-opened merchandise and must be returned at the purchaser's expense within 30 days of original shipping date. Refunds are issued via the payment method used for purchase for the amount of purchase minus original shipping cost.
 
SoundList Subscription Policy
SoundList Mission...
We want you to be satisfied with the "SoundList" service and we will do everything within reason to make that possible. This service is designed to make it easier for you to obtain the latest Clixsounds files, as well as a few "special edition" files exclusively sent to subscribers long before anyone else gets their hands on them.
Sound Distribution: Files will be distributed on a weekly basis, usually no less than one sound per week. There will be occasions in which more than one sound may be sent as a "special edition" sound, as mentioned above.
Subscription Processing: Your subscription will be processed upon being received and should be active within 10 days.
Email Addresses: Sounds will be sent to the email address you submitted in the subscription form. You are allowed to change that email address only once during your subscription period. Each change of address after will result in a $2 service fee. Send your requests for change of address to email@clixsounds.com.
Cancellations:You may choose to have service discontinued at any time. However, no refunds will be issued once service has begun.
